Grant M. Wagner

Grant M. Wagner is a Managing Director of Corstone Capital, responsible for working with portfolio companies on key areas including sales and marketing.

Prior to joining Corstone, Mr. Wagner was the Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales of OTG Software, Inc., a public storage and content management software company acquired by Legato Systems, Inc. May 2002. While at OTG, Mr. Wagner's responsibilities included managing a worldwide sales staff located in the US, Germany, UK, China, Japan and the Netherlands. Mr. Wagner also was responsible for managing related functions to sales such as pre-sales engineering and post sales Professional Services. Revenues for OTG during Mr. Wagner's employ grew from $20M in 1999 to an estimated $80M in 2002. Sales of OTG software were driven through various channels (VAR, distributor, OEM, systems integrators and direct sales). Mr. Wagner also was a key member of the executive team participating and directing various sales, marketing, business development and product development strategies.

Prior to OTG, Mr. Wagner served in numerous sales and management positions during his nine years of employment at Computer Associates International, Inc. In his last position, Mr. Wagner was responsible for various resources supporting and driving revenues through CA's largest partners worldwide. Revenues to CA from these partners during that time were estimated to be between $100-200M annually.

Mr. Wagner has served on numerous private director and advisory boards.
