P.S. Cho

P.S. Cho is a Managing Director of Corstone Capital. Mr. Cho prior to joining Corstone, was a founders of SinoBanker Group of Shanghai, one of the first licensed investment banking firms in China. As the Manager of the Korea Operations and Executive Director, he was responsible for listing numerous companies of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Stock Exchanges. Mr. Cho also directed the private placement activities at SinoBankers. Mr. Cho also served as the President and CEO of STF (Sino Technology Financing) and Tsinghua STF R&D Center, the first and the largest technology incubator center in China located on the campus of Tsinghua University.

Previously, Mr. Cho was a Managing Director in charge of International Investment and Consulting for Dong -A Investment Management, where he provided financial services to Korean companies investing in China, including Samsung Life Insurance, Hyundai Securities, LG Securities, LG-EDS (now LG-CNS), Chungho Group. Prior to this position, Mr. Cho was the General Manager and Chief of International Business of Bookook Securities, where he acted as the lead underwrite for numerous China B share offerings.

Mr. Cho attended Pusan National University, graduating with a BA in Economics. He also attended the State University of New York at Binghamton, where he graduated with a Masters in Economics and attended the Ph.D. program in Development Economics.
